Debt Collection Index collects almost nothing from visitors: no accounts, no forms and no tracking cookies. We use one privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics service to count page views and see which sites link to us; it identifies no one. The site publishes business facts about companies from public records, never private individuals' information. The detail is below.

What we collect from visitors

Almost nothing. This site serves static pages: there are no visitor accounts, no forms and no tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-first service from our hosting provider, to measure page views and referring sites; it sets no cookies, does not track visitors across sites, and does not collect information that identifies an individual. Cloudflare also processes standard technical request data, such as IP addresses, to serve and secure the site, under its own privacy terms. We do not sell personal information, and hold none to sell.

What we publish about agencies

Agency profiles contain business information from public records: licensing and bond filings, certifications and complaint statistics. We publish facts about companies, not private individuals, and we do not publish consumer complaint narratives or any debtor's personal information.

If this changes

If the site later adds a contact form, lead capture, or any analytics beyond the cookieless measurement described above, this policy will be updated first and the change will be visible in the date above. Questions and requests are handled under thecorrections policy contact route.
