How long collection agencies actually stay continuously bonded: the distribution across every company holding an active Texas bond, computed with the same interval rule every profile on this site uses.
Filings since the register froze
The Texas Secretary of State's classic register stopped updating in August 2025. New bonds still get filed. This tracker counts them, month by month, from exact-lookup walks of the portal that holds them.
NYC license continuity
The New York counterpart: how long companies hold their NYC Debt Collection Agency license, merged across renewals, which the raw records do not survive.
Enforcement activity
Public enforcement actions against listed agencies, counted by regulator and year, each one linked to the regulator's own document.
Multi-state coverage
Every company verified on more than one covered state register, both records side by side.

Two states are covered so far. Companies operating in other states are not yet represented, and no figure on this page claims to describe the national market. Coverage grows state by state, and each state joins only when its records can meet the same source and freshness standard; every addition is logged on data updates.
